Move for Life Ballet: Multi-Dance – Central & Western, Friday 10:45

Multi-Dance at Move for Life is a Little Movers class that prepares four- and five-year-olds for the older Move Monkeys programme. Children build core strength and flexibility, learn three or four dances a term and can show parents and friends what they have learned. It is for ages 4-5 and runs on Fridays, 10:45-11:45, at MFL HQ, 111 Queen’s Road West, Sheung Wan. The autumn term runs from 4 Sep 2026 to 4 Dec 2026 (14 sessions), and the term package costs HK$3,500. Places are booked online through the Move for Life class schedule, and a trial class costs HK$250.
